My expertise for the past four years had been directed towards bathroom and kitchen design; project management; effective communication, time and budget control; direct liaison with suppliers, fabricators and customers; and more.
With my eagerness to learn, and excel beyond expectation - I have developed a professional work ethic. detailed design insight, as well as an influential client connection and understanding; executed within each daily interaction. On the side line, I have been preoccupied with further reading and studies within the building environment, as well as that of philosophical analogies regarding the Self, and the individual's "worth" within society. Time has been a great teacher. Historical precedents and further self study , had proved it so. The crux is whether or not we are willing to learn from what had been done before, in turn influencing an improved tomorrow, daily. Why wouldn't we as individuals want to strive for a balanced lifestyle between humanity and the environment? Why wouldn't we as individuals want to strive to help one another grow, and become the better selves we ought to be?

Being employed as an external sales executive for natural stone and 1st Grade porcelain tiles; allowed for a more in-depth understanding regarding the principles and systems influencing the numerous professionals within the building environment and its buying processes. Specifically NOT limited to Pretoria,Gauteng, South Africa - but including projects across our borders as well.

The beauty lies in the technical practicality of the design - brought together with an amazing selection (combination) of colours and textures. Each [new] interaction, was another opportunity to offer value to the consumer. It was amazing being trusted for my advice on what deciding factors are most important to pay attention to - relevant specifically to their brief and available space. Sales aren't supposed to be forced. If a consumer values me and what I have to offer - then it is up to them to decide. By doing just that... an opportunity fell into my lap...

Duties included handling the switchboard,
admin (filing), sales interactions and completion of quotes. Product (technical) knowledge regarding sanware was obtained while being taught great professionalism, a sense of firmness and honest ethics will secure long-lasting business relationships.

Taught fewer riders, as they either suffered emotionally, or had a mental disorder. I am proud to say - that it was a huge pleasure observing their enjoyment with each progress.

To assist with the financial strain of stabling costs, I took it upon myself to teach younger riders. In the beginning it was extremely difficult, as I had no patience. But,then it dawned on me. I was the one teaching the basics for these kids - which made me one of the most important instructors in their lives. Because if you understand the basics, there is nothing stopping you being a star.
